Reputable large plaintiff litigation law firm in Century City is seeking a licensed attorney that is experienced with Discovery to join their team!

A Discovery Response Attorney manages and prepares legal responses during the discovery phase of litigation. This role involves reviewing discovery requests, collecting relevant documents and information, and drafting timely, legally compliant responses to interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and other discovery tools. The attorney ensures accuracy, completeness, and adherence to court deadlines, while also handling objections, negotiating scope with opposing counsel, and resolving discovery disputes.
